For hospices, employers, insurers and funeral homes

A calm, clear guide for every family you serve, under your name.

Clear Path After walks families through the hours and weeks after a death: what to do first, how to find a licensed, fairly priced funeral home or crematory, how to tell family and friends, and how to write the obituary. You give it to families with your logo and your support lines. Families never pay to use it.

Why families need it

After a loved one dies, families are asked to make fast, expensive decisions while they can barely focus. They don't know which funeral homes are licensed, what direct cremation should cost, or what to do first. Many simply call the first number they find. Clear Path After gives them a gentle, step-by-step guide they can open on a phone at the bedside.

Why I built it

I'm Chris Zeriah Collins, MSN, MPH, BSN, RN, a nurse administrator with over two decades in healthcare. Again and again I've watched families at the bedside, minutes after a loss, trying to figure out who to call and what it will cost. Clear Path After is the guide I wish I could have handed every one of them.

Questions

How fast can we go live?

The same day. After checkout you add your logo, color, welcome message and resources, and you get your link right away.

Do families pay anything?

No. Families using your branded version get the guide, the provider finder, the death-notice message and the obituary writer at no cost, and they see no paid offers.

Do we have to send you patient information?

No. You only share a link. Families use the guide on their own, and you only see how many opened it each month.

Where does it work today?

The provider finder covers Los Angeles County, California. The checklist, notices and obituary tools work anywhere in the United States.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Your license runs year to year, and you can cancel before it renews by writing to us through the Help page.
